Artwork based on True Reflections
Here at True Reflections, we believe art can be a unique way to help participants express how they feel in a comfortable setting. Additionally, participants can see how others view them and possibly learn something new about themselves. Accompanied with the drawings, we ask that something positive be written about their self-portrait and the person they drew.Artists of all ages are encouraged to send in their artwork to True Reflections via email or mail. Artwork, stories and poems may also be posted to the page anonymously by contacting the True Reflections team at contacttruereflections@gmail.com.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder... You are all beautiful and unique!
We all are fighters! We all have strength, we all have courage, we all are determined and we all are fearless! It just takes time to find it in ourselves sometimes!
The road of life has its ups & downs but all that matters is where it takes you in the end! - Mackenzie Caradonna
"The drawing is one that I worked on during a time where I was having panic attacks almost every other day. When I'm panicking, I draw and it helps me release all of my anxiety. I worked on this every time I panicked and by the end of the week I felt more calm and was crazy proud of myself! We all need to find our own constructive ways to let it all out" - Kate Switalski
